We acquired our first Indian marquee in 1997. The tent attracted considerable attention and interest whenever it was put up. This led to the idea of starting an Indian marquee rental business. In 2000 we made the first of many trips to India. Here we spent 6 months working with traditional Rajasthani tent makers to produce a range of marquees and accessories for rental purposes. We have attempted to combine the best aspects of old Rajasthani tent techniques with modern designs and fabrics to create unique but practical structures fit for a variety of different events.
